  I was completely disappointed. Today, I had an appointment at 12pm and arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting 25 minutes, I went to the front desk to only hear that I am next. As I waited I can hear employees laughing and in and out of their cubicles. Rudy himself completed taxes for 2 customers and called in a third while I waited. Finally 45 minutes later I walked out. I found it completely rude and ignorant that I was not informed of the delay when I checked in or that the staff was so unprofessional. I made an appointment and do understand that delays occur, but a little communication goes a long way to satisfy a customer!°
