    Very helpful, all of my questions were answered. However, I am not in agreement of the time my particular case will take. With regards to my issue of the agreement in duration, I received a follow-up call from my attorney. It now remains clear to me on why these cases have a duration. Thank you so much.

    I was completely disappointed. Today, I had an appointment at 12pm and arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting 25 minutes, I went to the front desk to only hear that I am next. As I waited I can hear employees laughing and in and out of their cubicles. Rudy himself completed taxes for 2 customers and called in a third while I waited. Finally 45 minutes later I walked out. I found it completely rude and ignorant that I was not informed of the delay when I checked in or that the staff was so unprofessional. I made an appointment and do understand that delays occur, but a little communication goes a long way to satisfy a customer!°

    Bad location. Bad customer service on the phone. Drive thru takes forever because they have only two people working there for inside service and drive thru. Bad location for the outside atm.
